Thank you for shopping with us at AIBA World. We value your satisfaction, and to ensure a smooth shopping experience, we have established the following return and refund policy.
RETURNS
We offer a one-day return window. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have one calendar day from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we will no longer accept returns.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- It must be in its original packaging, with all tags intact
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@aibaworld.com. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Return shipping:
Return shipping is arranged by AIBA World at no cost to you. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange pickup.
Please note: Original delivery fees are non-refundable (even if your order qualified for free shipping).
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-15 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We do not offer refunds for custom-made or personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. However, if the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us within 1 day and we will arrange a replacement.
DAMAGE ON DELIVERY
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of:
- The outer carton
- Inner packaging
- Shipping label
- Close-ups of the damaged item
We will repair, replace, or refund if we cannot resolve the issue.
CUSTOM ITEMS & EXCLUSIONS
Items that cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order rugs (except for verified transit damage or manufacturing defect)
- Sale items, samples, gift cards (final sale unless otherwise stated)
- Altered pieces (size cut-downs, stair runners, modified items)
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
Regardless of the 24-hour return window, if a genuine manufacturing defect is discovered, we will repair, replace, or refund at no charge in accordance with UAE consumer law.
Please note: Handmade rugs may show natural variation - we allow up to 5% size tolerance, minor shade variation, pile shading, and initial wool shedding. These are normal characteristics, not defects.
