Delivery across the UAE is absolutely free - no minimum order required.

In-stock rugs are processed within 1 business day and delivered within 2-3 business days across the UAE. Total timeline is 3-4 business days from order placement to delivery.
Custom rugs require 8-12 weeks for production, plus delivery time. You will receive progress updates and photos for approval before final delivery.

Note that AIBA World manages its own delivery within the UAE to ensure top quality and consistent experience.
You can change the delivery address if your order is being shipped in the UAE. In case of global orders, address change will be subject to courier policies.
We ship to physical addresses. For remote areas we confirm service availability and timelines before dispatch.
Our AIBA World delivery team will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to reschedule delivery at your convenience. There is no additional charge for rescheduling. Please ensure you provide accurate contact information at checkout to avoid delays.
While we ensure that each product is carefully packed, if a rug arrives damaged, contact our customer service team immediately. Share photos of the damage as proof, and we will assist you with a return, replacement, or refund.
Each rug is inspected, protected with wrap and packed in reinforced packaging so it arrives ready to place.
For international shipments customs may require [Emirates ID or TRN or local equivalent]. We will reach out only if needed.
Payment & Pricing
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Buy Now Pay Later options such as Tabby and Tamara.
We support Buy Now Pay Later options such as Tabby and Tamara. You can also check with your bank’s credit and debit cards if they allow splitting your purchase into easy instalments.
Yes. Payments are processed by a secure gateway. We do not store your card details.
Orders placed in the UAE are charged in AED (dirhams). International orders may see converted amounts from your bank.
UAE prices includes 5% VAT. GCC and international orders may incur destination duties and taxes that are payable to customs.

No. Unfortunately we do not support it at this time.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7-15 business days after our quality check and approval. This includes our processing time and your bank's processing time. Credit/debit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Order Changes & Cancellations
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours with your order number.
Please Note: Orders can only be cancelled before processing and shipping.
In case of custom orders, order modifications are only possible within 24 hours of payment. After materials are prepared or weaving begins, cancellation fees of 50% of order value may apply.
There is no fee for canceling an order within the allowed time frame of 24 hours. You will need to follow the return process if the order has already been shipped.
Note that there is no cancellation on custom orders.

Returns Refunds & Exchanges
Standard sizes purchased online can be returned within 1 day in original condition and packaging. Custom rugs are not returnable.

We do not offer direct exchanges, but you can return eligible items within 1 day of delivery and place a new order. For damaged or defective products, we will arrange replacement within 24 hours at no cost to you.

Custom & Bespoke Rugs

Custom rugs typically require 8-12 weeks (approximately 2-3 months) for production, depending on size, design complexity, and construction method. This includes handcrafting by our artisans. Delivery time is additional (2-3 business days within UAE). We will provide a specific timeline when you place your order and keep you updated throughout production.
Yes. Our design team can translate references or artwork into a production ready rug.
Unfortunately there are no cancellations possible with custom orders.

Rug Quality & Authenticity
In a town called Bhadohi in India. Bhadohi is the carpet capital of the world. It is made by highly skilled 4th-generation artisans.
New wool rugs can release loose fibers at first. Vacuum with the beater bar off and shedding reduces with use.
Yes on cut piles and silk blend rugs. It is a visual effect from pile direction and light and does not indicate a defect.
Yes. They are suitable for all types of floorings.
Yes at moderate temperatures. Use a suitable pad and follow your installer guidance.
All materials are 100% sustainable, handmade and finished to AIBA World's highest quality standards.
It is not advisable to use indoor rugs inside unless the rug is labelled for outdoor use.
Rug Care
Vacuum weekly with suction only or a handheld nozzle. Avoid rotating brush heads that can pull fibers.
Blot immediately. For wool, use a mild mix of water and pH-neutral detergent or white vinegar one to one, then blot again. For bamboo silk or blended piles, use a professional service.
Lay flat reverse roll if needed and use a rug pad. Creases relax with use over few weeks.
Rotate every 3–6 months to even wear and light exposure.
Use suitable stick patches at the back of the rug.
Use protectors under legs. Lightly steam and brush the pile to lift impressions.
It is highly recommended that carpets and rugs should be professionally cleaned to avoid damage. Never immerse hand-knotted or bamboo silk rugs in water.
Clean the first roll pile in wrap in breathable material and store in a cool dry space. Avoid plastic for long storage.
Keep areas clean, vacuum under edges and rotate.

It’s a service in which customers select up to 4 carpets (online or showroom). We bring over those selected carpets, lay them out for them to decide, and then they keep and pay for the chosen carpet(s), and our team takes the rest back, at no cost!
