Shipping & Delivery

Delivery across the UAE shipping is absolutely free. For GCC countries and international deliveries rates will be calculated and shared with you at the time of order confirmation by our support staff.
In-stock rugs ship within 1-2 working days within the UAE and 7-10 days to the GCC.
Custom sized rugs ship within 60-90 days from the date of order. Our team will communicate the exact delivery dates at the time of shipment from our facility.

Note that AIBA World manages its own delivery within the UAE to ensure top quality and consistent experience.
You can change the delivery address if your order is being shipped in the UAE. In case of global orders, address change will be subject to courier policies.
We ship to physical addresses. For remote areas we confirm service availability and timelines before dispatch.
Couriers attempt 3 re-deliveries. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your order will be returned and cancelled.
While we ensure that each product is carefully packed, if a rug arrives damaged, contact our customer service team immediately. Share photos of the damage as proof, and we will assist you with a return, replacement, or refund.
Each rug is inspected, protected with wrap and packed in reinforced packaging so it arrives ready to place.
For international shipments customs may require [Emirates ID or TRN or local equivalent]. We will reach out only if needed.
Payment & Pricing
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Buy Now Pay Later options such as Tabby and Tamara. We are working on adding more payment methods to make it easier than ever for you to shop.
We support Buy Now Pay Later options such as Tabby and Tamara. You can also check with your bank’s credit and debit cards if they allow splitting your purchase into easy instalments.
Yes. Payments are processed by a secure gateway. We do not store your card details.
Orders placed in the UAE are charged in AED (dirhams). International orders may see converted amounts from your bank.
UAE prices include [5% VAT or local tax]. GCC and international orders may incur destination duties and taxes that are payable to customs.
If you did not receive an email check spam and verify your bank authorization hold. Contact sales@aibaworld.com with the charge reference and we will assist.

If you have an eligible code, enter the code at checkout in the promo field. You can apply one promo code per order unless stated otherwise.
No. Unfortunately we do not support it at this time.
Refunds go back to the original method within 7-10 working days after QC. Bank transfer refunds may take 5-7 additional working days.
Yes. We can issue pro forma invoices and accept bank transfers for custom orders. Contact sales@aibaworld.com.
Order Changes & Cancellations
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours with your order number.
Please Note: Orders can only be cancelled before processing and shipping.
In case of custom orders, order modifications are only possible within 24 hours of payment. After materials are prepared or weaving begins, cancellation fees of 50% of order value may apply.
There is no fee for canceling an order within the allowed time frame of 24 hours. You will need to follow the return process if the order has already been shipped.
Note that there is no cancellation on custom orders.
This is subject to availability before shipping the product. If the order has been shipped, you will have to return the product, and place a fresh order.
Unfortunately for custom orders this option is not available. However, you can reach out to customer support to help.

Returns Refunds & Exchanges
Standard sizes purchased online can be returned within 1 day in original condition and packaging. Custom rugs are not returnable.
We generally do not accept exchanges unless the product is delivered damaged. While the chances of this are minimal since our team sets up the rug, you can still get in touch with us and submit a request on sales@aibaworld.com with your order number, mention your issue and share photos. Our team will call you back with the next steps after a thorough inspection.
Yes, you can exchange the product only if the product has not shipped or it is in the same packed condition as delivered.
Within 7-10 working days to your original payment method once processed.
Report within 24 hours with photos. We will prioritize replacement or repair or process a refund if we cannot resolve it.

Yes. Our design team can translate references or artwork into a production ready rug.
Unfortunately there are no cancellations possible with custom orders.

Rug Quality & Authenticity
In a town called Bhadohi in India. Bhadohi is the carpet capital of the world. It is made by highly skilled 4th-generation artisans.
New wool rugs can release loose fibers at first. Vacuum with the beater bar off and shedding reduces with use.
Yes on cut piles and silk blend rugs. It is a visual effect from pile direction and light and does not indicate a defect.
Yes. They are suitable for all types of floorings.
Yes at moderate temperatures. Use a suitable pad and follow your installer guidance.
All materials are 100% sustainable, handmade and finished to AIBA World's highest quality standards.
It is not advisable to use indoor rugs inside unless the rug is labelled for outdoor use.
Rug Care
Vacuum weekly with suction only or a handheld nozzle. Avoid rotating brush heads that can pull fibers.
Blot immediately. For wool use a mild mix of water and [pH neutral detergent or white vinegar one to one] then blot again. For bamboo silk or blended piles use a professional service.
Lay flat reverse roll if needed and use a rug pad. Creases relax with use over [X–Y] days.
Rotate every [3–6 months] to even wear and light exposure.
Use suitable stick patches at the back of the rug.
Use protectors under legs. Lightly steam and brush the pile to lift impressions.
It is highly recommended that carpets and rugs should be professionally cleaned to avoid damage. Never immerse hand-knotted or bamboo silk rugs in water.
Clean the first roll pile in wrap in breathable material and store in a cool dry space. Avoid plastic for long storage.
Keep areas clean, vacuum under edges and rotate.

In home trials are available in the UAE for a fixed refundable deposit of dhs. 1,000. Should you choose to place an order, the deposit would be adjusted in your order.
