- Processing Time: 1 business day (orders placed before 2:00 PM GST ship same day if in stock)
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days to all Emirates
- Total Timeline: 3-4 business days from order to delivery
- Delivery Method: All deliveries handled by AIBA World delivery team for careful handling of your handmade rugs.
- Tracking: Order updates sent via WhatsApp, email, and available in your account at aibaworld.com
- Delivery Hours: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM GST
- Signature Required: Yes - you or an adult household member must be present to receive delivery.
FAILED DELIVERY
If no one is available to receive the delivery, our team will contact you to reschedule at no additional charge.
CUSTOM RUGS
Made-to-order rugs require 8-12 weeks for production. Free UAE shipping applies after completion. You will receive progress updates and photos for approval before final delivery.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Damaged Items: Inspect your package before signing. If damaged, note it on the delivery receipt or refuse delivery. Contact us within 24 hours at sales@aibaworld.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost.
Missing Items: Contact us immediately at sales@aibaworld.com or +971 50 901 0386 if your order shows delivered but you did not receive it.
